Much better! :) Maybe boost the contrast slightly on Daryl's face so it almost matches his arms?

Made some adjustments with the characters - Rick and Shane. Also lightened the background imagery and faded the buildings.

Thanks ctaulbee. It's been a huge effort just to keep going but i think it's finally starting to work out. It helps that i may have found my creative spark again :)

Great! To push this even further, I think you should apply some atmospheric perspective. :) It means objects and people get lighter and have less contrast as they recede in space. It would take this to the next level. ;)

Not without starting over JR. Softened some layers slightly. To be honest, i've never worked with such difficult images as these and i'm not even sure it was worth the effort. Onto the back.. :)
