Shoot, I'm still trying to get 8 covers so I can be a member again. Taking forever, I'm up to 6, might as well just pay so I can gain access. LOL... Google Wallet works fine for me..

That appears to be the trouble with most. They take the payments well enough, but like to hold on to them! Click and buy it seems like to take payment from the customer, hold on to it for days on end, and then release it to the merchant. So the merchant doesn't know the payment has been taken, and the customer is left frustrated.
