iv Probably done something wrong on my side, but noticed my Avatar doesn't show when i reply or create new threads, i have uploaded it as it shows in my profile but nowhere else?

Can anyone help

The highest is 161kb & lowest is 10kb - (none seem to work though)

Ok here is something strange, deleted my last avatar then uploaded a new one, saved the setting and seen the new avatar, came here then went back to my profile and my old avatar was there???????
