For anyone not familar extras is Ricky Gervais new show, now half way through it's second season. for our American friends hes responsible for 'the office' with steve carell

extras is about a man trying to break into film by working as an extra,whats really funny is gervais'es ability to get 'A' list stars to destroy themselves on camera,and his ability to make you laugh and cringe at the same time.this week saw Harry Potter-Daniel Radcliff trying to come over as a hard smoking ladies man flashing an unrolled condom around("i'll use it if its BIG enough") while gervais managed to insult people with downs syndrome(unintentionally) and kick warrick 'willow' davis in the head and knock him out.last week Orlando Bloom made himself look like a complete arse. other stars to have made idiots of themselves are Samuel l Jackson, Ben Stiller and Patrick Stewart to name a few
