I'll take you along on the development process of this cover and also publish my early, first version:
Somehow I wasn't satisfied with it. The back was too crowded for me, and there were too many 3D effects, also. That's why I've created a second version of it, and I would be very interested in your opinions on it. Even those who don't "like" the cover are welcome and encouraged to express their critiques here. Maybe it will be better next time.

My Favorite Custom Cover: van Helsing by Bunny Dojo
So, overall, I think it's a solid cover.
The back cover really benefited from removing that cell scene over the stills. The new layout is much better.
The screen bar is also well done; personally, I don't like the background for the synopsis as much—it's too heavy for my taste.
On the front cover, it's immediately noticeable that Stallone's new head doesn't match his body—neither in terms of perspective nor exposure. Because of the size of the cars at the bottom, the road is also far too detailed; it just doesn't work. It's a really nice idea in principle, but it would have needed to be a much larger shot to fit the cars.
All the elements at the top of the background also make the front cover very busy; in my opinion, there are far too many.
Since you've asked for feedback, I hope this is okay. Knowing you, I'm sure you're fine with it.
If not, please just delete the post.

I also edited my last post, because you were talking of the screen bar before. Thinking your a talking about the background of the stills, but you mean the dark blue/grey background behind the plot, right?
