im going for a 'vice city' look for this, which i think reflects the film well. I have no idea if theres an easy way to do vector graphics, this has been done with point to point selection (pen tool in CS) and has 27 layers already
i thought the title would look good (its 5000 pesata notes) but i dont like it now so will probably change it for plain white.

not sure ive got the sky right yet, will paly with gradients more, but hows the water look on these?
origianl better or one of these?

i did try a corel draw to make the images, but i didn't give the effect i wanted. think im over 50 layers now (IMG:style_emoticons/default/8834.gif)
