Ahem, yeah.. Looks a bit odd.
Did you add the grain to the picture itself, and had another layer of black above that?
And just a little pointer.. the squares you've used to seperate the features in the SF-box varies a bit in size.

You probably won't notice when it's printed so not much to fuss about.. but it's all in the details (IMG:style_emoticons/default/winking.gif)

Isn't it all about the small details? Isn't that what sets covers apart?

Just saw that there's a layer missing on this at front, and that's why you can see the black brush marks. Sorry for that. I'll fix tonight.

"the squares you've used to seperate the features in the SF-box varies a bit in size". They look equal to me guys, can one of you point me what you noticed?

I guess it's just the way photoshop exports to jpg. The 1px fuzzy edge around the squares seem to be a bit uneeven. But that's probably nothing you can do to fix that. And it might be the pattern overlay that's playing a trick on the mind. So nevermind (IMG:style_emoticons/default/8824.gif)
Out of curiosity, why did you use 2164px instead of 2175? Never seen that size before (IMG:style_emoticons/default/8834.gif)

To be honest Fredrik, i don't know (IMG:style_emoticons/default/8824.gif) I just used the template i have for the Columbia Pictures movies and didn't notice the size until now (guess i was lazy to rework the template).

About the front black brushes, i missed the layer, but i think it's also fault by my monitor, i've done this cover with the old monitor and that's why probably i missed the layer 'cause when i saved the file to jpg it seemed ok.

Guess i'm rusty and need to produce more to pay more attention to those little details (IMG:style_emoticons/default/8834.gif)

Thanks:

I like it....there I said it.....now I feel all dirty.

Aside from the little bits mentioned, it's a really nice cover. I'm glad to see you back completing covers and sharing them with us. Nice job.
