I'd say you need to take all of Shrek's bulk into consideration. He's not a small guy! - He'll definately cast some shadows on the letters below.
Also AGAIN: add them shadows on the front
. The people are floating there! If you're unsure how to do this, you might wanna try out adding a new layer - place it beneath the layer of the characters. Choose a feathered black brush 50% opacity - now paint them shadows. Do take the light into consideration. You should take careful look and choose how the shadow should drop. (Take the background's shadows into your consideration. How does the shadows from the tree fall?)

P.S.: there's a slight white line going underneath the syopsis block that should not be there. Erase it.
