I'm a Danish Custom Cover Designer. I've been working with these designs for approx. a year - first in PSP, later in photoshop - all Danish. Lately I've translated a few of my Danish custom sets into English, but I've also made English Customs from scratch - well, just for the challenge (read: the hell of it! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/winking.gif) ). I hope to be accepted into the group. I'm also able, if need be, to contribute with hi-res posters/stills... I've already uploaded some English covers and labels to the gallery. They can be found by following the links below.
The reason for my other name is pretty simple. Vest is the name I used on one of the first Danish coversites in Denmark I registered to (and a childhood nickname) - and I used it to register here a looong time ago (just didn't really get around to produce anything in English, until recently) - so the name kinda stuck... JollyRoger has always been my cstm artist name... both in Danish and in English. I don't know if I'm allowed to change my accountname here - but maybe BigBrother does??!! That one was made on an English req. - but thx a lot for the comment. I think it turned out pretty well. Certainly shows the tone of the film better than the retail version (at least the Danish version...). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumb.gif)
A designer knows he has achieved perfection - not when there's nothing left to add - but when there's nothing left to take away
