Sick of me yet? You will be... You WILL be...

Here's what I have so far for this one. Would add legal and studio info later. Just wanted to try something different with layouts.

different to see a cover in white for this, i like the guns and blood on the front

"mankind has outlawed the things that trigger emotion"
sounds better as:
"the government has outlawed things that trigger emotion"

also
"a special breed of police is assigned"
should be
"a special breed of police are assigned"

the first one is an opinion, up to you
the second one is grammatically correct and needs changing.

Nice start GB, whilst the gun and blood are well done, do they suit the movie? I can't remember this one being very gory at all. I'd drop the gun image from the front and reposition the ramining imagery to the centre front. Whilst leaving the title and actors names at the top and dropping the tagline down to the bottom, for a minimalistic front. Then come up with a back to match the new front (IMG:style_emoticons/default/8834.gif)

Thanks guys. HenryDogg-I know the english is kinda funky... Believe it or not, it is straight from the actual DVD cover. I think I am going to change it, though. I mean, it starts with "despite awesome high-tech action" but never finishes that thought. So yeah, thanks for the grammar suggestions. Skally-i thought about the bloody guns, too. The movie isn't really gory... but it is pretty graphic and violent. I just really liked that image and thought with the scheme. I will try messing around with it and see how it goes. And thanks, Sauron! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumb.gif) I will be updating those tomorrow... And will probably upload to WIP the "American History X" and "Heat" covers I am working on. I'll finish "The Ring" one also. One of these days. Thanks for the help!

Touche... I was afraid someone would notice and mention this. It's just such an awesome image. I will try messing around with other images on the cover and post them up here. At this point, the quality of the image might override the fact that they weren'y used in the movie. We'll see... I'll post some options up here and see what you all think. Thanks!

Or...

Or...

All in all, though, I still prefer the bloody image with the uzi's. I'm about ready to upload. Anyone have any real objections or recommendations?

Your original one with the uzis looks best and I personally don't mind that they don't use them in the movie (a blood soaked weapon is a blood soaked weapon imo), but the first of your alternates (with two guns and blood) is also nice (the blood looks kind of like one of those ink blot tests, although I won't mention what I see in it).

Yeah, with the alternate images I wanted to convey the Equilirium idea of balance... So that first one is my favorite of the alternates, too... But I still think I'd stick with the Uzi's. And in the blood/ink splot... I see boobs.

Tried other options, but I am sticking to my guns (Uzi's). Uploaded it to the Custom Covers. This topic can be closed. Thanks everyone for your views and suggestions!
