Trust me, I do this sort of thing for a living all day, unless you have £10k spare dont even try to match screen colour to printer colours the technologies are completely disparate, One uses an addiitive colour space the other subtractive the gamuts are just too different.
An inexpensive way to get in the same ball park is this; print off a refernce image from your screen, (I recommend looking for an IT8 test chart) adjust the lighting in your room to match the conditions you would normally print and design in. Then use the monitors controls to make the screen colours resemble what the print looks like. It's easier that way. If your feeling brave I can add a tut on using the ICM control panel and ICC profiles to help but the result probably wont be much better.
