well, not much is known about this model. The previous model (9030) got good customer reviews. This one looks capable of handling big photoshop jobs plus listening to your favorite mp3's at the same time.

Not sure if i will be any help
But yesterday I brought a Compaq Presario V6107AU
all seems to work well with photoshop CS2 but Im no cover desginer all i do in photoshop is brighten up photos, remove teenagers pimples & change a few backgrounds
This one has
AMD Turion 64X2 Dual core processer 1.6ghz
1024mb Ram
80gb Hard drive: not big enough as my camera in a Canon EOS 400D 10mp but in the computers defence my desk top has just had a 250gb hard drive added for all my photos so i guess i will be doing a lot of file tranferring
Price was in the fair range $1600 there were alot cheaper and alot dearer and i really had no idea what i was buying allways owning desk tops and nothing less than P4 so an AMD is a big change for me.
And my reasons for the buying the notebook was mainly for downloading photos while im on holidays as well as watching DVD,s
The best advice i can give is go to a computer shop and not a department store the staff are more experenced

Cheers TS (IMG:http://www.hirescovers.net/forum/style_emoticons/default/8824.gif)
