ok i use paintshop pro,when i download a template ,most of which are in psd format,then i open it in paintshop i get the error message 'this file contains unsupported features'.
i can open and view the file,maybe theres a bit of info missing? does anyone know what this error message means?

It means you need to upgrade to Photoshop, the Elements 4 version will provide everything you need at around £40
