Used movie stills to make this one. Here i duplicated the front pic, desaturated the layer below extracted the top layer costume and cleaned it up. Same thing on the back bottom pic. Used eye candy chrome filter, gradients, modifed Fox template, Futura medium and italic synopsis and specs (7 and 8), custom background texture and custom extracted title treatment.

duhhhh, (IMG:http://www.hirescovers.net/forum/style_emoticons/default/lol.gif) looks great. Do tell can you adjust the grdient layer for opascity. 25% or 70% etc... Or do you need a new layer mask, or simply fade?

In this case it was simple. I went to blending options and chose "screen" added layer gradient and used the gradient tool to blend edges into the background. I did not manually adjust the opacity at all this time.

This is really nice Irrob. Appreciate you taking the time to explain some of your methods. Jen's hair flying around on the front looks great. Now go and make a matching one for DareDevil. (IMG:http://www.hirescovers.net/forum/style_emoticons/default/8834.gif)

Looks really good Irrob.

A little suggestion, if you are ever going to experiment with black and white photos then maybe try using the channel mixer or the double hue/saturation trick.

Looks ace, however I think Jennifer's face on the front looks VERY masculine, too much like a dude for me (IMG:http://www.hirescovers.net/forum/style_emoticons/default/tongue2.gif)
Otherwise, love it!
