My Favorite Custom Cover:

ok heres the finished cover i tried to recreate a 50's sci-fi look to it,and so created my own dvd logo,also had to create a logo for republican pictures,as i couldn't find one..it's not exact biut its close enough.will upload onec its had the once over for typos ect..
