Here's the question. bevel the blood or not? For me Beveling looks more realistic, for others not so much? so.....
That's my chef knife on the cover...lol

Thanks:

way way too much blood dripping on that blood cheffy (IMG:http://www.hirescovers.net/forum/style_emoticons/default/winking.gif)

sometimes less is more (IMG:http://www.hirescovers.net/forum/style_emoticons/default/8824.gif)

maybe just on the tip dripping and as it is slanted, have some running along the knife rather than just dripping off everywhere? Just a thought (IMG:http://www.hirescovers.net/forum/style_emoticons/default/8834.gif)

IMO the blood is a bit tooo red as well...make it darker and I think bevelling it does make it look less flat (IMG:http://www.hirescovers.net/forum/style_emoticons/default/8834.gif)

The key to faking out the parents is the clammy hands. It's a good non-specific symptom; I'm a big believer in it. A lot of people will tell you that a good phony fever is a dead lock, but, uh... you get a nervous mother, you could wind up in a doctor's office. That's worse than school. You fake a stomach cramp, and when you're bent over, moaning and wailing, you lick your palms. It's a little childish and stupid, but then, so is high school.

Hi CJ,

the Cover looks now much better!
I'm a big Argento Fan, because of that I've done my own Complete Argento Collection
(some are uploaded at hi-res, maybe have a look).

If you need Material send me a PM because I have hi-res for nearly all the argento movies.
The only thing I don't like is the blue background!
Sorry for my hard words but it looks terrible! (IMG:http://www.hirescovers.net/forum/style_emoticons/default/whistle.gif)

maybe try a pale color and give the background a structure!

I haven't the movie in mind but wasn't it a razor like that, that was used?
(IMG:http://www.fabian.ca/modest/razor.gif)

If I think of giallos and murder I think of that type of razors! If you need
a hi-res of a razor I can give it to you, too. (IMG:http://www.hirescovers.net/forum/style_emoticons/default/winking.gif)

Have to agree.

Videoflixx, do you have an English version of Deep Red AKA Profondo Rosso (1975)?
