What are good fonts and sizes that come out clearly to be used for synopsis's?

Ultimately it depends on the movie. But two great fonts would be futura and helvetica family. I recommend a size between 8 and 10.

Really I have both of those fonts and I usually use a 10-12 range, but they seemed to close or to thin....

UPDATE.......

Well I hadn't realized that when I install the helvectiva's that there were about 20 styles that I could play around with....I'll try thoe out an see what I can do with them

Irrob is right, I always use a font between 8 and 11 but I try to use a font that resembles the title or tagline, not always, sometimes the title or tagline is a fancy kind of font that isnt as easily readable for the synopsis but the size about right then I'll change it to something like Irrob suggested.

You can of course change the spacing between characters, sometimes it's worth checking in case you've accidently altered the default.
