Here is an example of a straightforward credit block:
The font used here is "Steelfish"
Things to note on here:
The text is set to "small caps", so that no lower case letters are used.
There is practically NO punctuation.
The paragraph setting is "centred"
Contractually, some stars' names will appear before the title.
The director's name often appears last.
This is a fairly simple style, in which the smaller text appears on one line. There are more complicated styles, where these appear on two lines. Some great fonts to do that can be found HERE
, but I would practice with the simple one first until you get the hang of it.
