Looks cool, but I think you should still rename the first one "Volume 1", it would just look wierd on your set if there was a Vol. 2 without a Vol. 1, but thats just a thought 8824.gif

Yeah, I'm not sure how I want to handle it. I'm trying to make it match the official releases and not make it any more confusing than it already is. But I see your point as well, maybe I'll change it... shrug.gif

Thanks! I think this is the first DC Universe title that I'm really anxious for, too!!

The prospect of having the original voice actors (Kevin Conroy, Tim Daly, Clancy Brown, CCH Pounder) back from the animated series is making me want to see this one real bad. Nothing against the "replacement" actors they got for the other Direct-to-DVD's, but Conroy and Brown are exactly the voices I think of when I think Batman and Luthor, respectively. And I'm glad to see Allison Mack (Chloe from Smallville) is getting involved, too. She's a cute one and someone that I hope finds some mainstream work after Smallville finally cuts her loose...

Here's the latest (and 70th!!) DVD cover in my DC/Marvel Animated Series collection... Season 1 of the new series, "Iron Man: Armored Adventures!"

I don't watch the show, so I'm not sure if this should be called, "Season 1" or "The Complete Series" as I'm not sure if they're planning to do another season. Anybody know for sure? It might be too early to tell...

Anyway, enjoy the new addition and an updated spine preview pic! 8824.gif 8824.gif

I use PS CS3 (don't have Imandix, 'cuz I'm a Mac-boy... unless they've made a Mac version?) and I just run the HRC DVD Preview 3240x2175 (170 spine) Action file in Downloads>Photoshop Files. I added a few more steps to the action so that it crops the preview just around the spine (removing the front and back preview) and then copy it into another PSD where I line them all up end-to-end. Probably more complex than it needs to be, but it works pretty well. 8824.gif 8824.gif

Because DSTony asked for it (and because I was going to get around to it eventually), here's season sets for "Legion of Super Heroes." There's 3 disc labels for Season 1, in case someone's bought the 3 "volume" releases that WB put out which collect the episodes from the first season. As far as I know, no Season 2 episodes have been released at this time, so I've only made 2 labels for Season 2 (in hopes that WB just releases the whole season in one set). Hope that makes sense...

"The Batman/Superman Movie" is next on my list (because I know a few of you won't let me forget it 8824.gif), so look for it before the end of the week!

The DC/Marvel Animated Collection:

Here's a cover and label for "The Batman/Superman Movie: World's Finest" (finally!)

After much consideration, I chose to use the Superman: The Animated Series template and color scheme for this cover since this "movie" is technically 3 episodes that were produced under Superman: TAS (as evidenced by the individual episodes being available on the 2nd volume of the Superman animated sets). Hope that makes sense.

The Batman/Superman Movie: World's Finest:

The DC/Marvel Animated Collection:

Enjoy!

Witness the opening of a can of worms: branching off to other comic publisher's animated properties.

The 1997 HBO "Spawn: The Animated Series" is the first addition to the "Image Comics Animated Collection." Not sure how much other animated stuff came out of Image, the only thing I can think of was the "WildC.A.T.s" and "Savage Dragon" animated series, so if anybody can think of any others, please let me know (I won't interpret it as a request). I have a feeling resources will be difficult to come by for those two, but I'll try my best.

Anyway, here's "Spawn: The Complete Series," which matches the specs of the "10th Anniversary Signature Edition" that came out a little while ago.

Spawn: The Complete Animated Series:

The DC/Marvel/Image Comics Animated Collection:

Enjoy!
