I have purchased several different size bluray cases all from same manufacturer.

1-2 disk case with a 12mm spine. Overall size is 3185 x 1748
4 disk case with a 22mm spine. Overall size is 3304 x 1748
6 disk case with a 22mm spine. Overall size is 3304 x 1748

The covers I have made for the above cases fit absolutely perfect.

I have had no problem submitting covers to this site with the 12mm spine.

Today I tried to submit a cover with the 22mm spine and got message not approved size.

What do I need to do to get my 22mm case on the approved size list.

Ive had this issue before. I believe @Bazzah explained it to me.
it was something with how the image was saving. I had to go into irfanview and open the image and save it thru there. then it uploaded just fine. it was odd
