If you need to delete cookies for an individual site, please follow the instructions below. Deleting cookies can fix many problems individual users experience with web sites. But deleting all of your cookies can result in a headache trying to remember all of your log in details etc for other web sites. So to delete the cookies from a single site, please select your browser below and follow the instructions.
The instructions are current at the time this is posted, but will probably change in the future.
1. Internet Explorer
2. Fire Fox
3. Google Chrome

Internet Explorer 11

1. Select the gear icon and select Internet options.
2. On the General tab, in the Browsing history section, select Settings.
3. In the Website Data Settings dialog box, select View files.
4. Scroll through the list of cookies to find the one you want to delete.
5. Select a cookie and press Delete.
6. In the Warning dialog box, select Yes.


1. Click the menu button Attached Image and choose Options.
2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.

3. Click the Manage Data… button. The Manage Cookies and Site Data dialog will appear.
4. In the Search websites field, type the name of the site whose cookies you want to remove. Items that match your search will be displayed.

•To remove all cookies and storage data for the website, click Remove All Shown.
•To remove selected items, select an entry and click Remove Selected.
5. Click Save Changes.
6. In the Removing Cookies and Site Data confirmation dialog that opens, click OK.
7. Close the about:preferences page.

Google Chrome

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More Attached Image and then Settings.
3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
5. Click Cookies and then See all cookies and site data.
6. At the top right, search for the website's name.
7. To the right of the site, click Remove Attached Image.
