Ok so I am trying a new approach with this set. Lol. Everyone knows by now I love VHS style but I'm not really going for that with this set but still going to try and keep my spines matching my other sets kind of lol.
This is what I got so far the back is still from the template and kind of there to help me with measurements and such I'm gonna be changing alot of that up though. The front I kind of want to keep minimalisticish lol.
I plan on doing all the bond movies. But started with this 1 lol 1 of my favorite posters for the series.

This looks like it could be a great set 8834.gif I am not a fan of the features box though. I would try desaturating it.

Or just replace it entirely with something else...

ok so far I want to have a background image like this for all the movies possibly dunno yet. Im iffy on the swirl on the back as well. I was gonna put a box or something there and put blu ray special features and what not and maybe the synopsis over to the left somewhere lol.

I'm not keen on images under the legal area (or any text area for that matter) makes it hard to get good contrasting readable text and logos in most cases.

yea that part is bothering me as well. Im prob gonna take that fight scene thing out and use that empty space for text and maybe move around the planes. dunno yet. im debating on building up a box design for the specs as well idk lol. trying a new layout always gets me at first

I agree, the background images are going to make it difficult to work with.

You could use the swirl on the back to add the current 007 coming out of it?

I agree with Curt on this.

Regarding the cover, I would try playing with a curves adjustment layer on the main image on the front to male it look less washed out. Something like this maybe?

I'm gonna give that a try. Playing with curves is something I'm not that great at just yet lol. I been using photofx for all my color adjustments but yea. Tomorrow I'll upload what I got going. Regarding the back I'm still messing around with some ideas. Idk yet lol. I'm trying to actually do covers that look like a set on the shelf but are still unique enough to be their own for these

Curves are fairly easy to use, it's just a matter of playing around with the points, if you're not sure how to use it, there are probably a lot of videos on YouTube
