When I print the covers they don't fit perfectly. Need to cut it to size by 5 to 10 mm. I'm using Paint on Windows to print.
I use both 11mm spine and 14mm spine boxes. I take the best fitting box.
Don't want to cut off anything though.

Any sugestions ?

As Jazzy said. A lot of people use that free software. The covers should not need trimming, unless you have non standard sized cases. I personally wouldn't trust microsoft paint to print them correctly, where as UnderCover is designed exactly for printing covers and labels.
